Online voice recorder (to verbally record your material into an online voice recorder), I recommend the Voice Spice Recorder. It’s free and easy to use.

To make the phone calls, I highly recommend Skype.  It’s free if you are calling someone else on Skype and very reasonable if you are calling a phone number.

To record the phone calls, I recommend the Evaer recorder for Windows/PC and the Ecamm recorder for Mac.  Both are $19.95.  If you want to spend a little more a get a recorder that does a lot more than Skype, I use the WireTap Studio for $69.
